INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the content and services offered through Flecto application ("Flecto App" or "App"), Flecto website, and Flecto social media accounts (collectively "Services").

The terms "user" or "you" refer to the user of the Services.
By using or accessing our Services, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
Your use of our Services is subject to the Flecto Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at: http://www.flectoapp.info/privacy.

General Rules
By using the Flecto App, you are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any rules or policies applied by any App Store provider from whose site you download the App ("Provider").

We license the use of the Flecto App to you on the basis of these Terms & Conditions. We (or our affiliates and/or third-party licensors, where applicable) remain the owners of the Flecto App at all times.

App Account and Premium Subscriptions
To use certain features of Flecto Services, registration may be required. The Flecto App can be downloaded and used after signing in with your Apple ID or Google ID.

Relevant rules of Apple Inc. and Google Inc. respectively located at: https://www.apple.com/itunes and https://play.google.com/store apply. If you use a Provider other than those listed above, you are subject to the terms and conditions of that Provider. Please contact your Provider in connection with any issues regarding your account.

Flecto App offers a Premium subscription that grants you access to additional features. By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to Flecto Premium during the time your subscription is valid, subject to these Terms and Conditions. All subscriptions with Flecto Premium are paid in advance. You may terminate your membership at any time; however, your membership will remain valid for the time you have already paid for.

Age
The Flecto App is not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16). You must be 16 or older to use the App. If local laws require you to be older to use the App lawfully without parental consent, you must comply with that age requirement.

Using the App
We strive to ensure that the Flecto App is useful and efficient. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the Flecto App secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this could make your device vulnerable to malware and compromise its security features.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Flecto App offers features like meditation, mindfulness, mood tracking, and journaling, which are designed to improve your well-being. Flecto is not a healthcare or medical provider, nor should its services be considered medical advice. Any practices conducted with the Flecto App are not a replacement for therapy or intended to cure, treat, or diagnose medical conditions. Always consult with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions that may affect your health, especially if you have any pre-existing mental or physical health conditions.

COPYRIGHTS
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Flecto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and make personal non-commercial use of the Services. All content within the Services is owned by Flecto (or our affiliates and/or third-party licensors, where applicable) and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You must not use this content except as permitted under these Terms and Conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flecto will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Services and these Terms.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTIONS
For users in the United States, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. For users outside the United States, this agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Flecto reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and will notify users by posting updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to abide by the Terms as changed.
